EcoStretchRoll – High-Speed Film Spreading Roller

EcoStretchRoll is designed for extremely high-speed production lines and provides superior spreading performance without the need for external excitation or relative motion. It delivers ultra-stable operation even at line speeds up to 800 m/min, thanks to its vibration damping and low-noise structure.

This roller can effectively open and stabilize all film materials thicker than 8 g/m³ and 4 μm, making it suitable for a very wide range of plastic processing applications.

EcoStretchRoll provides excellent results in multi-slit (multi-cut) applications, ensuring wrinkle-free and evenly tensioned web handling.

The working angle can be adjusted between 8° and 180°, providing maximum flexibility in installation and performance tuning.

It can be produced in lengths up to 7 meters, and is available in standard diameters of Ø60, Ø110, Ø130 and Ø150.

The roller surface does not mark or damage the film, has very low abrasion and features high ozone resistance, making it ideal for continuous industrial operations.
