Steel Air Shafts

Our steel air shafts are manufactured in lengths ranging from 300 mm to 6000 mm, and the body profiles are produced from special alloy cold-drawn steel pipes according to customer requirements.

We offer standard body diameters of 2.5”, 3”, 4” and 6”, and custom dimensions can also be manufactured upon request.

To ensure high durability, the shaft bodies are coated with hard chrome or zinc for protection against corrosion and abrasion.

The shaft heads are specially designed and manufactured according to customer technical drawings and are made from high-strength special steel, hardened to 50–55 HRC for maximum operational performance.

All our air shafts are delivered only after leakage, strength and dynamic balance tests are completed to guarantee stable and reliable operation.
