Aluminum Air Shafts

Our aluminum air shafts are manufactured in lengths ranging from 250 mm to 6000 mm, and can be produced with custom dimensions according to specific customer requirements. The body profiles are made from special alloy cold-drawn steel-reinforced aluminum extrusion for maximum stability and strength.

Standard body diameters are 2.5”, 3”, 4” and 6”.

The aluminum shafts are hardened to 100–115 HRB and manufactured using precision extrusion and feather (feder) locking technique to ensure high gripping performance.

To increase corrosion and impact resistance, the aluminum surfaces are finished with 25-micron anodizing (eloxal) and varnish coating, which provides high surface hardness and long-term durability.

The shaft heads are produced according to the customer’s technical drawings and are made from high-strength alloy steel, hardened to 40–55 HRC. Surface finishing is achieved using chrome, phosphate or zinc coating for enhanced lifetime and protection.

All of our shafts are delivered only after leakage, strength and dynamic balance tests are completed, ensuring optimal performance even under heavy industrial use.
