Carbon Fiber Air Shafts

Our carbon fiber air shafts are manufactured in lengths ranging from 250 mm to 3000 mm, and can optionally be produced up to 6000 mm upon special customer request.

Standard body diameters are 2.5”, 3”, 4” and 6”.

The shaft bodies are produced according to the customer’s technical drawings and are hardened to 100–115 HRB. The shaft heads are made from special high-strength steel and are heat-treated to 40–55 HRC, ensuring superior mechanical performance.

To increase corrosion resistance, durability and surface quality, the shaft heads are coated with chrome, phosphate or zinc.

All of our carbon fiber air shafts undergo leakage, strength and dynamic balance tests before shipment, ensuring reliable performance and long service life even under demanding operating conditions.
