Our banana rollers can easily be used up to 150 meters per minute and can be accelerated by propulsion in cases where the line speed is higher.

It easily opens films with a thickness of more than 15 µm.

It gives excellent results between 30° and 120° angles.

It gives very effective results in multiple cuts.

Production is available in standard diameters of Ø75, Ø100, Ø120 and Ø150, but special manufacturing can also be made in line with the special request of the customer.

There are two different options: geared and manual. In the reducer option, the position can be easily adjusted with the help of an apparatus.

The twist of the banana roller is adjusted during the production phase according to the customer's request.
