Adjustable Banana Rollers (Spreader Rollers)

Our adjustable banana rollers are designed for wrinkle removal and film spreading in blown film and slitting lines. They can operate smoothly at speeds up to 150 m/min, and in applications where the line speed is higher, they can be driven with a reducer / motorized option for synchronized rotation.

These rollers are highly efficient in films thicker than 15 µm, providing excellent spreading performance and preventing wrinkles, especially in multi-slit applications.

The adjustable banana roller delivers optimal results when operated between 30° and 120° angles, making it suitable for a wide variety of film processing conditions.

We offer standard production diameters of Ø75, Ø100, Ø120 and Ø150, and we can also manufacture custom diameters and lengths according to customer requirements.

In the reducer-driven version, both the angle and twist adjustment can be made directly on the machine, allowing precise fine-tuning during operation without downtime.
