Brush rollers are used in plastic film, textile and converting machines to gently open and stabilize the film while preventing folds and wrinkles. They are especially effective in applications where it is difficult to transfer torque to the roller, because they can operate without a motor or drive system.
Thanks to their soft and homogeneous surface contact, brush rollers do not damage or tear the material, making them suitable for a wide range of thicknesses — from very thin films to heavy-gauge products.
They are lightweight, easy to mount and highly efficient even at high line speeds.
If required, they can also be manufactured with antistatic brush material to help eliminate static electricity during film processing.
Opens the film smoothly and prevents wrinkles
Operates without drive / without motor
Protects delicate materials – no scratching or tearing
Optional antistatic brush for static discharge
Suitable for blown film, slitters, laminators and packaging lines
Lightweight and easy to assemble
Performs extremely well at high production speeds
